MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 30, 2011 – Care provider Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. has tapped The M Group to develop a strategic marketing plan and brand communications as the company addresses an industry need to expand into new service areas.
Founded in 1995 to support individuals with developmental disabilities, Cardinal of Minnesota has achieved a stellar reputation for its superior client care. Nearly 200 people in southeastern and northern Minnesota now receive residential and other support services through Cardinal of Minnesota.
The company is turning a 2009 state-imposed moratorium on the opening of additional group homes into an opportunity for growth and innovation into new areas and services. As the company continues its substantial growth, Cardinal of Minnesota CEO Jack Priggen has identified the need for development of an effective marketing strategy, with the help of The M Group.
“This spring, we set out to better market our service offerings to individuals with disabilities, and we wanted to find a marketing agency that could ‘tell our story,’” Priggen said. “Our path crossed with The M Group almost serendipitously after a mutual acquaintance referred us, and after meeting with them, we knew they possessed the technical skills and insight needed to illustrate our story and the work we do.”
