MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 6, 2012 – CRAM™, a revolutionary technology platform, will debut Venu, its digital entertainment system at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January. The M Group is proud to add CRAM™ to its client roster list.
The M Group has been engaged to oversee the brand development efforts of CRAM Worldwide and Venu, including the launch of the corporate CRAM website. Services include brand development, website content strategy and the development of the companies’ social media messaging and presence.
“The M Group is completely buttoned up and a joy to work with,” said CRAM Chief Marketing Officer and former Disney Executive Keith Pagan. “The new website looks incredible. Under tight deadlines, they never show any concern and they get it done. The M Group exceeded all our expectations.”
Led by a team of experts from the technology, software and entertainment industries—including former executives from CBS News, Scripps, Sony, Best Buy, Food Network, Disney, HP and Hardcore Computer. CRAM’s patent-pending content solution eliminates digital piracy and appeals to even the most risk-averse content providers.
At a moment in the entertainment business when consumer preference is migrating from content ownership to content access, and the major streaming entertainment providers continue to battle for dominance, CRAM launches entertainment application: Venu.
Venu is an entertainment delivery system offering more movies than a kiosk, all at once, in a device that fits in the palm of a hand. Today, Internet-only video and audio services fail to provide consistent access to HD content. CRAM’s technology breaks through the latency of those streaming services to provide pristine audio and high-definition video quality, even 3D. Venu allows consumers to gain access to entire libraries of entertainment—music, movies, educational courses and more—in a fully transportable device.
“CRAM is a game-changing company that will transform the way people get and store data,” said The M Group’s Janessa Meyer. “With Venu, CRAM will completely alter the access and quality of home entertainment.”
Featuring the first cloud-enabled hard drive, CRAM represents a complete shift in the technology paradigm. The content delivery system uses securely encrypted cartridges, which hold terabytes of data and have the agility to integrate into any device ecosystem (TV, iPad, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.).
Never before has it been possible for data to be so accessible, yet entirely safe. CRAM will serve as the platform for applications in a number of industries where content creation, security, transport and sharing must integrate. The device allows consumers to gain access to entire libraries of content—with potential to impact a global audience, including even the most densely populated third-world countries.
